When cleanings are completed regularly, (1-2 times per year) we have a very high success rated at removing almost all stains. When your carpet has dirt, allergens and any other stains that get ground into the fibers and the more time that goes by between cleanings, your carpets get harder to completely clean.
Carpet Protector- All new carpet comes with some sort of carpet protectant that helps keep spills from absorbing into the carpet fibers and over time this wears off, reapplying it will be key in getting the most out of your carpet. We can apply the carpet protector at the time of your cleaning.

What to expect on your carpet cleaning day...
Before your tech shows up, it is a good idea to have your children and animals in an area that won't interferer with the cleaning process if you have any...
1) Your technician will show up at your scheduled time. They will first start off by doing a walk-through of the area that is to be cleaned. This would be a great time to point out any specific areas that you feel may need some extra attention like, stain removal, higher traffic areas etc...
2) After the tech assesses the complete area, if necessary, they will move any furniture out of the cleaning area. If you have any type of hutch or china cabinet that is hard to move and/or fragile, we will just work around them.
3) The tech will begin by vacuuming the carpet if need, then applying our pre-treatment solution to the high traffic areas and any soil spots in your carpet.
4) To remove soils, dirt and any other small debris, we use hot water that is sprayed at a high pressure, then vacuumed up. We use the high-pressure hot water extraction- method and your carpet will be completely dry within 24 hours after the cleaning is completed. Due to our cleaning process we will have hoses running from our truck into your home and may cause a tripping hazard. Please be careful while we are servicing your home.
5) We will move all of your furniture that was moved back where it was and put pads under legs if needed.
6) We will do a area check with you to make sure that we didn't miss any spots and touch those up if you do see something.
7) Last, we will clean up all of our equipment and wish you a great day!
